Creates declination of model according to the declination file

create.new.xml(model, meas = FALSE, selection = NULL, combination, core = 1)

Arguments

model: the selected model to decline
meas: boolean saying if adaptation measure should be applied or not
selection: the rooms where material measures will be applied
combination: table with the charachteristics of each verion to create
core: number of cores allocated to the creation of the versions, defalut egal one
