Define some useful path to use floodam

update(model.name = NULL, type = NULL, path = PATH)

Arguments

model.name: character, name given to the model
type: character, type of model that is loaded
path: list of useful paths, that will be updated. Default to PATH.

Value

list of useful paths, adjusted with model.name and type. Create paths for outputs also.
